Dear colleagues,
It is with great pleasure that I invite you, along with my colleagues from the Scientific and Organizing Committee to participate at the Congress "New Concepts in European Odontostomatology" with international participation. The congress will take place from 22-25 October 2009 in Băile Felix, a famous resort situated in Bihor County, 7 km away from the city of Oradea.
Lying on the north-western border of Romania, Bihor County represents a touristic area not to be avoided, reaviling a particular beauty where natural charm and harsh historical moments blend, urging the human soul to return. Places like Stâna de Vale, Bears’ Cave, or Cetăţile Ponorului have become distinctive for their unicity, mystery and beauty.
Oradea, the city on the bank of Crişul Repede River, is a multiethnic and multiconfessional city with a major afflux of active population on both economic and spiritual level. The city is notable for its monumental architectural complexes that still preserve the mark of their construction period: the Baroque Palace, the Roman-Catholic Cathedral, the Church with Moon, the Oradea City Hall, the Black Eagle Passage, the State Theatre, the Orthodox Bishop Palace, the Greek-Catholic Bishopric Palace, the Orthodox Sinagogue etc.
We hope that this Congress will bring together as many dentists both from our country and from abroad, open new horizons of scientific interest and offer the opportunity of exchanging views on new concepts in stomatology.
